The JOB Industrial Academy is a free vocational school designed for anyone who wants to start working in the industrial sector, even without prior experience.
Through a comprehensive program, you will acquire the technical skills needed to become a welder, carpenter, pipefitter, mechanic, assembler, or pursue other in-demand professions in the industrial world.

You will be supported by a Career Coach who will help you identify your strengths and develop your soft skills, which are essential for facing the job market.
The program includes a theoretical part, followed by hands-on training in our workshop in Ravenna, equipped with over 40 welding stations: a real-world environment where you can immediately apply what you've learned.
