    Openjobmetis has created a Charter of Services, with the aim of briefly describing the company structure in order to make the SERVICESoffered more comprehensible and accessible to users. The Charter of Services reports the main principles that inspire Openjobmetis’ activities and the general rules guiding them. 


    In June 2018, Openjobmetis updated its Organisational model which provides a series of procedures and controls useful for preventing the commission of the offences laid down under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments and supplements.

    Openjobmetis have always been careful to carry out his business according to principles of ethics and transparency. The Code of Ethics has been adopted within this setting. The Code defines the general principles involved in the management of the Company’s different activities as well as the obligations and responsibilities of employees and in general of all those who are establish relationships, directly or indirectly, permanently or temporarily, or act in the name and on behalf of Openjobmetis S.p.A. It is therefore a guideline that must be followed during day-to-day actions and forms the basis of trust that binds the Company to all parties inside and outside the company with which it maintains a relationship. In particular, the Code of Ethics, formally approved by the Board of Directors of Openjobmetis S.p.A. by its subsidiaries, is based on principles of legality, honesty, fairness, integrity, transparency and mutual respect.

    The Disciplinary System is an integral part of the Code of Ethics, describing the methods that Openjobmetis uses in case of violation of the Organizational Model.
